  • Key Responsibilities:

    • Experience in B2B;
    • Responsible for all online and offline marketing activities with a clear focus on generating more leads;
    • Plan, build, manage, optimise and report on online marketing campaigns by using our online CRM system (SalesForce);
    • Implement best practices for digital marketing, including: analytics, SEM, SEO, SEA, display, remarketing, email marketing, social media marketing and content marketing;
    • Plan / create appealing content both online and offline (blogposts, white papers, data sheets, brochures);
    • Organise participation of industry events including contract negotiations, booth design, planning;
    • Organise webinars;
    • Social Media Management from daily tweets to best performing social ad campaigns;
    • Weekly reporting of all marketing activities, goals and KPIs;
    • Work closely with the senior management team to communicate marketing; strategies and incorporate sales feedback into campaign planning;

     

    Qualifications:

    • - Higher education degree - marketing, sales, maths;
    • - Highly analytical, with a track record of being a strong problem solver, capable of translating analysis and insights into actionable business plans;
    • - Ability to learn quickly and handle complexity;
    • - Proven communication skills with the ability to work with all levels of employees;
    • Passion for Google's Products and knowledge of traditional and digital media and its competitive landscape;
    • Fluency in written and spoken English

    Job Description

    Apifonica is looking for a bright, curious, and driven individual Sales Team Leader in the Netherlands to help us meet our ambitious growth objectives in the cloud communications industry. We are looking for a charismatic and motivational high-potential who can help take our business to the next level. The role reports to the VP Sales and will be responsible for managing and growing our customer base. You will work within a fast paced, exciting, and dynamic environment and make sure the marketing plans get executed within time and budget to achieve the goals of brand development and awareness, lead generation and customer success.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Plan, build, manage, optimise and report on sales by using our online CRM system (SalesForce);
    • Manage the small team of 2 sales managers
    • Grow our business and your responsibilities
    • Weekly reporting of all marketing activities, goals and KPIs;
    • Work closely with the senior management team to market information; strategies and incorporate sales feedback into planning
    • Allocating tasks to staff
    • Ensuring the performance of the staff is of a high standard
    • Organising holidays and training
    • Discussing and resolving problems
    • Carrying out performance reviews

     

    Qualifications:

    • Higher education degree - marketing, sales, maths
    • Understanding of technology (VOIP, ICT)
    • Experience in B2B sales and telesales
    • Guru in SaaS sales
    • SaaS, UC, UCaaS, CPaaS are terms that you understand
    • Highly analytical, with a track record of being a strong problem solver, capable of translating analysis and insights into actionable business plans;
    • Ability to learn quickly and handle complexity;

  • Apifonica is growing fast in Europe and we are looking for a strong sales team leader in Helsinki (Finland). We’re looking for

    ACCOUNT DIRECTOR

    You will be responsible for growing Apifonica's business in Nordics. Your daily tasks include active selling to VP's and CxO's of IT integrators and largest potential enterprises, lead handling and participation to conferences, trade shows, and other events. Achieving and exceeding your goals requires consistent sales efforts and close co-operation with back-office functions. You will also be managing sales team in Nordics.

     

     

    Requirements:

    • - Minimum of five years sales experience in XaaS and/or telecommunications industry with proven track record of revenue growth and customer satisfaction. Experience in CPaaS field is a big plus!
    • - Excellent verbal and written skills in English. Any additional language are a clear plus.
    • - Ability to work efficiently as a part of a virtual team and independently in your market area.
    • - Self-driven, entrepreneurial hunter spirit.
    • - Positive attitude, good relationship building skills and ability to learn fast.
