Future-Proofing Business: Evaluating SAP Business One ERP with Integrated AI

Our company is participating in the project to evaluate the suitability of the SAP Business One for business process management, data processing and automation across key operational areas.

The initiative is focused on creating a unified and efficient working environment covering finance, sales, customer management, procurement, warehouse operations, production and analytics.

Within the project, a customised ERP test environment with an integrated AI component is being developed and configured to reflect our operational requirements. The solution is being assessed in terms of its ability to improve process automation, data handling and real-time business insights.

The testing phase includes system configuration, AI integration, adaptation to internal business processes, user training and ongoing performance evaluation.

The integrated AI component supports intelligent document processing, workflow automation and natural language interaction across departments, contributing to improved operational efficiency.

At the end of the project, the solution will be evaluated for scalability, efficiency and adaptability, forming the basis for a potential full-scale ERP implementation in the future.
