Billing

Is it safe to pay with my debit/credit card?

Yes, it’s safe and secure. Apifonica does NOT store your debit/credit card information. We've partnered with a billing agency to handle all transactions. All credit card data is encrypted.

We have also added an extra level of security for Visa and MasterCard payments—3-D Secure technology. Depending on the card type, it is called MasterCard SecureCode or Verified by Visa. It ensures enhanced security and strong authentication for you when you use your debit or credit cards online.

What happens if my account balance reaches zero?

When your account balance reaches zero you will no longer be able to make and receive phone calls or send and receive SMS messages. You won’t lose your phone numbers right away.

If you pay off your balance and fund your account, you’ll be able to use your phone numbers again. After 30 days, if you haven’t replenished your Apifonica account balance, we may close your account and return your phone numbers to our pool of available numbers.

How does Apifonica bill me?

As you use Apifonica services (voice calls, SMS messages, phone numbers) we draw down your account balance.

We’ll notify you by email when your balance hits $5 and again when your balance reaches $0. When your account reaches $0, your account will be suspended.

On your billing page, you can manually recharge your balance when it falls below a chosen threshold.

What are the options to top up my account?

You can use a debit or credit card to recharge your account. We can accept Visa and Mastercard.

Legal entities can fund their accounts via bank transfers.

Please note that it can take up to three business days from the moment you make a payment to the time the money is added to your account. It all depends on how your fast your bank processes the payment.
